Über uns


Volterion GmbH enables the production of flexibly scalable redox flow batteries with standardized, modular stack and system technology, which is already successfully used in several battery systems today.

Volterion GmbH was founded in 2015 as a spin-off of the Fraunhofer Institute UMSICHT.
A highly motivated team of engineers bundles more than 25 years of Redox-Flow experience and has a competent network of R&D and industry at its disposal.
