New Grid Connection Requirements (AR N 4105, AR N 4110, AR N 4120)
On European level, defines the RFG (requirements for generators, published by entso-e) the technical requirements for units which feed power into the grid. The requirements are depending on the size and the type of the generator. An energy storage system is seen, as generator, too. These requirements are reflected in the new VDE AR-N 4105, 4110 and 4120 for the low, medium and high voltage grid. The presentation gives an overview about these new requirements and makes a comparison to the actual existing requirements. It gives also an outlook for the future requirements by the demand connection code.
