Heather Worley is co-leading the newly established Energy Storage Partnership which convenes more than 30 organizations to expand energy storage solutions to developing countries. With more than 18 years of experience in international development and the World Bank, Heather's work focuses on the intersection of energy and the behavioral sciences. She holds an M.A. from the Johns Hopkins University.
