ABSTRACT:
The presentation will expose the current legal constraints, stakeholders meet within the implementation of charging infrastucture for electric vehicles. Furthermore, it will discuss whether the Federal Government's "Master Plan for Charging Infrastructure" entails comprehensive changes. It will conclude on which regulatory aspects must be reconsidered to encourage business built on electric cars as a smart, integrated device within an emission-free energy and mobility system.

Catharina Post LL.M. has been working as a lawyer for more than ten years in the sector of renewable energies/cleantech and advises mainly project developers and utilities, investors, banks and public institutions on all aspects of energy production, distribution and storage with a particular expertise in energy law, corporate law, financing and transactions. She is a regular speaker on relevant conferences. She graduated from Humboldt University of Berlin and University Paris II Assas.
